I think that the best thing would be @Leonard Scaper  share his light Pancake recipe so that the problem of the pollution that the plane in which this wonderful cake would travel would be avoided ... and, at least, I could enjoy such a delight in my kitchen.

The drawer image is impressive, I do not know if I'll resist so many emotions ... But now, the most important , what is the recipe?
