Hi all,

This is the 'write a post-covid summer song ' VOTING thread.. And what a challenge that was!!

The assignment was:
Write a post-covid summer song! Any style is fine. The 'post-covid' and 'summer' aspects need to be there.

Procedure/rules:
-Voting means every voter will spread his/her 12 points over all the options given in the poll all on top of this page (max 3 points per option). When all 12 points are given to the available entries the voter can click ' Submit vote '.
-Every contestant (for teams: at least one team-member) MUST vote and is NOT allowed to vote for his/her own entry (or an entry he/she participated in).
-All other kitcheners: please help us voting for the winner!!
-Voting is anonymous, but please leave a reply in this thread and notify us that you have voted, so we can keep track that all challengers have voted.

How can I vote?
Voting is as easy as spreading 12 points over all options, max points per option is set to 3 this time.

When will the results be announced?
Voting will close at Wednesday 15nd of September 2021 8:00pm forum time. The results will come in after that soon.

I agree with @Dakoda
The system forced you to spread the points thinly all over the place.
I’m sure the intentions are well, but this is a challenge. If the feel good factor prevails, I phone my mum.

Anyway, I’ve entered and I voted @Mar T.

@Dakoda and @LePlongeur :  I'm sorry the system bothers some of us. I tried a lot of different systems in the past, this one really gives the most reliable and fine-grained result. So every challenge I host will use this system. Or none (that's also an option if we don't want to know which entry 'won').
Everybody else is also free to start challenges, and if you do so, you can choose your own voting system.. Sorry but I'm not having this discussion over and over again.. ;-)
