Very very live cover
« on: August 04, 2017, 23:50:47 »
I do this, see, to push my boundaries. I hate singing live. Hate. I hate my voice. Hate. So I do this to push myself. Then I post it to push myself further. Then I share it in the kitchen for the ultimate thrashing and abuse :P Only kidding.

Think you'll recognise it. Just.

Well I'm glad you did push yourself @Nic  - this is a really nice cover.

Not sure why you would hate your voice - it's a calming, soulful thing, it really is.

I like how you interpreted such a well known song in your own style. Great stuff.

cheers

Ha ha! That was a big surprise @Nic, but what a lovely cover and I never imagined this song being done like that. Another example of your mastery of this musical craft thingy that drives most songwriters and performers to distraction. But you seem to take everything so comfortably into your very talented stride. I am looking forward to hearing your output for years to come!
If you like novels with a musical theme, why not try 'Sixth Beatle - When Music Changed The World', easily found on Amazon and Google. It is amazing, although as the author I may be biased!

Do you ever play live @Nic, or are you solely a studio artist?
