summer feelgood is defenitely a new genre for me!

https://soundcloud.com/tuffbranschrecords/the-streets-where-we-rolled-demo

>back in 99
>in the streets where we rolled
>it was summer enough
>to run away any day
>the warm winds blew
>and their whispering told
>us never ever let them off the hook

>back to back with those
>who were loving and leting go
>colonising
>every hill and every hope
>bring it on again
>the future and what it holds
>will we ever let those battlefields alone
>will we ever let those battlefields alone

>you know my daddy always said that i was one of a kind
>and now i wonder if it means to hysterically run around
>looking for a reason to move on and a way to deny
>when the summernights are howling one more time
>one more time for broken you and i

>we get a little booze from in there
>and then sneak out the door
>go get the boards
>and start to roll down the road
>i know they will be talking
>you know i dont care much anymore
>and id rather even leave them on their own
>dont you rather even leave them on their own?

>i faught a little battle before
>to get going at all
>when thinking back
>ive seen you glance but im not sure
>i think i know now
>what you need and how you feel and
>i would rather be with you than get a hold
>would you rather be with me than get a hold

>you know my daddy always said that i was one of a kind
>and now i wonder if it means to hysterically run around
>looking for a reason to move on and a way to deny
>when the summernights are howling one more time
>one more time for broken you and i    X   2

You, my friend, are a singular talent and this is another seriously good song. These lyrics are very good.

I also love the tone of that guitar and how you play it in this song.

thanx so  much for the kind words and having a look at the lyrics @Leonard Scaper ! its invaluable for me really.

and yes @Dutchbeat i think we hear the same thing! im thinking boot to the ground and some knees and tamb or so for snare.
maby some electric bass to. i think drumkit is a little overkill for this one.
