A strange dream ..... a real-life kitchen or oorlab cafe?

I had this weird dream.

I was at this open air café. It had like a pavilion or roof over it but few walls. It was called Oorlab!  I guess @oorlab    started this new business concept and brought it to the states.

At every single high top table and bar type area there were electronic keyboards, digital pianos, launch pad and seaboard kind of instruments. People were hanging out, having a great time eating and drinking while creating music and sharing it with each other. The place was hopping! There was a long line to get in and you had to have reservations! 

( I was kind of annoyed that I couldn't get in since I actually know Oorlab )

The last thing I remember is the keyboards were covered with glass …. like a buffet …. to keep from getting food, drinks, germs on them …    ...  but the glass was open enough that you could put your hands under the glass to play.

I wonder if something like this exists anywhere in the world? Could there ever be a place called "oorlab"? Could there ever be a real kitchen cafe?

but...WHAT A GREAT IDEA 

a physical songwriting Kitchen café ...franchise chain    (don't forget to put our logo up!)

where they have keyboards, speakers etc. where people can come in to jam or just listen, bring there own instruments, their vocals etc.
or just have coffee

@Bill from November Sound  - interesting dream! Oorlab means Earlab - and the closest place I can think of, is the Brian Eno studio, or possibly the Museum for Musical instruments in Brussels. As you walk among the exhibit your headphones detect where you are standing and let's you hear the instruments you are closest to.

it is crazy  and certainly brings back memories.. we could have summit near there  ..or make a roadtrip to that place one day?
