Hi

Gents, and ladies? Great to see such creative and familiar names here. It would help me if someone could outline this purpose and how this will work? Is the intent for this to be a closed invite only club?
Personally I'm finishing my year long sebbatical and starting work next week, so I'm going to have to manage my time carefully especially if I'm to try and maintain presence in this and the main forum...
Currently barging up the river Lot with the lovely Mrs C, no kids and my trusty Sigma 12 string. Heaven

Hi Neil,

cool to hear form you, i have been on the river Lot, it is in France, isn't it, the Midi-pyren?es, but the France have multiple names for their regions..but you mean the river Lot near Cahors, Saint- cirq- la popie etc??
btw, never paddle up a river, always go downstream....especially in that region  ;D ;D ;D ;D

paddling downstream..that  is what we are trying to do with this new forum too  ;D

as far as i am concerned, the point of this is to have interaction and fun with nice and constructive songwriters who want to share ideas and collaborate with others, if possible, without having to listen and respond to Nasty people, that is all

but you are very welcome to join, yes off course, if you want.
We also want a bit lower pace on this forum (post wise), and try to get more indepth interaction with each other,

course we all have our lives, work, obligations, so no to be very active, but interactive when we are active, that is what we are looking for  ;D ;D ;D ;D

sorry, i talk too much

btw, if you have the chance...go downstream on the river Tarn in the Gorges du Tarn, may be some drive to the east, but it is spectacular....if your kids are very young, don't take them on that kayaking trip, because it is really a ride, the nature, the action, it is absolutely fantastic
