COVID improves wild life in Amsterdam.
Is this fake news? Yes it is. There are no busses in Amsterdam.

But the idea that wild life is improving is very luring.

Way better than the dysneyfication that was seemingly the rule over the past 15 years.

Whoah!

We always have a lot of wildlife here! Our yard is basically a small clearing in the forest.

The other day we were watching a red fox travel through our yard and back woods. It looked so amazing in the snow. With no leaves on the trees and snow covering the ground we could see it for much longer than usual. 

Thankfully haven't seen any bears. They are becoming a big problem in some more suburban parts of Connecticut. 

Perhaps this bear thing is a blessing in disguise.
If the bear eat all the deer (dear deer), then the tick dies from hunger and Lyme is a problem solved.
So you see, the glass is alway totally full. Specially after a refill.

Outhere in the kitchen to solve things, you can’t even call a problem.

Ahhhh...., good news! How do you feed them? Is feeding permitted at all where you live?
We don’t have loony birds. We have politicians instead.

@LePlongeur bear aren't so interested in deer.
They hang out in, surprisingly, in more urban areas and tip over people's trash cans!

We have quite a few wildlife corridors in Sheffield @LePlongeur partly due to the trees, hills and water. As such animals like foxes can move about fairly easily. The other day I looked out of my studio window and there was a fox, bold as you like in daytime, stood on the apex roof of our next door neighbours shed. We usually get them around at night but the fact it was daytime gets me thinking they feel bolder due to the lack of human activity.
