Both - not mixed together, separate on the plate and dipped into both. Very important that they're separate! Me, neurotic?? No way!

Dutch shrimps, whiskey and Worcester sauce! Sound delicious @MartiMedia, if I can find those shrimps around here.  Hey, I've just realised that my studio used to be the kitchen, when we first moved in we changed things a bit! Spooky...

Don't forget the mayo and ketchup mix GTB, that'll make some kind of whiskey sauce and that's why I suggested to add a few drops of whiskey (and worcestershire).

Of course it's better to use whiskey sauce as a base, and add a bit of worcestershire.. ;-)
