Writing online product reviews for fun?

Well ..... I may be at a new low.

I've found a way to entertain myself by writing reviews that rhyme. Yup.

Imagine reading a review for a neoprene anti sway bar bushing that reads like a Dr. Suess poem? A review for synthetic motor oil that could be sung as a 50's doo wop?

I don't really know why I think it's funny. But, hey, songwriters have to flex that rhyming muscle right? Maybe someone will read it and smile.   

Ab-so-lu-te-ly right.
If we'll start to take it too seriously, then we're in the danger zone.

But:
- if writing about a lubricant is OK
- and a 44 syllable poem to explain the difference between American and English trots is gross
What am I missing?
Or would you have liked it if I had called it Montezuma's revenge?

write a song about a product...like it is a commercial for, or a review of, that product

@Dutchbeat  ..... these are real reviews. Here's one for an instrument.

Wanted a Gon Bops at an affordable price. This one's not "cheap" but boy is it nice. Here's a cajon at a comfortable height. Sit down and play it and it feels just right. A bass that goes "boom" and a high that goes "crack": Upgraded from a cheap box and I'll never go back! Enough of the review I want to play now. Every time I hit it, I smile and say. "Wow!" If you want something nice [------]  is the Trick! Prices are awesome and, man, they ship quick!!!!
