Lyrics were made online via www.song-lyrics-generator.org.uk/.

Although a bit silly, the lyrics still gave me some ideas. I made a soup of e-drums, synth bass, than filled in the lyrics - whose place in the grid I tweaked a bit. This is where I stand now with this track. Is it totally silly, or are you - dear reader - hearing something that can be built upon, improved, or changed to salvage the darn thing? Always happy to take in feedback.

Yeah, yeah
brothers sisters, it's time.
It's time, brothers sisters (brothers sisters, begin).
Straight out the green dungeons of rap.

The garden drops deep as does my guitar.
I never play, 'cause to play is the sister of far.
Beyond the walls of dogs, life is defined.
I think of hope when I'm in an Amsterdam state of mind.

Hope the far got some spar.
My star don't like no dirty car.
Run up to the bar and get the avatar.
In an Amsterdam state of mind.

What more could you ask for? The crazy garden?
You complain about Kitchen.
I gotta love it though - somebody still speaks for the chardin.

Thoughtful, mild, cold, like a sun
Boy, I tell you, I thought you were fun.
I can't take the Kitchen, can't take the road.
I woulda tried to jump I guess I got no goad.

Yea, in an Amsterdam state of mind.

When I was young my sister had a pardon.
I waz kicked out without no arden.
I never thought I'd see that jardin.
Ain't a soul alive that could take my sister's chardin.

Really excellent production......I love listening to anything you do....you gave this one your signature sound and that makes for a very enjoyable listen.

Hi @oorlab

I do not know what to tell you, really.

The lyrics thus generated is funny but I do not know,  they have no soul?
However, you have managed to make some sense of the absurd (I always like that, you know how to reach it) and the soft parts anticipate the rhythmic parts that sound so good.

But... It's a fusion of parts (music, lyrics, and voice) that you might have to define differently, it's as if each part could be a different track, do you understand me.

I regret not being more appreciative this time, I feel like the deaf lioness that does not hear the violin that the tamer plays and eats him leaving the rest of the other beasts, that had fallen asleep for his music, amazed.
I did not know that to live I had to die so many times

You really know how to get the groove going oorlab! I loved this.
What are "artificially generated lyrics" in the tags? Just curious.

@Timothy Smith  - thanks, nice to see a fellow violinist, cool avatar!
The challenge this month is to use an online lyrics generator.  You enter some words, press enter and the software makes sentences, apparantly in a certain frame and beat.

@Mora Amaro La Loba  - thanks for the feedback. Indeed the 'generated lyrics' lack a soul. But that's more often the case in challenges - where you have to work within a certain constraint, and therefor loose the soul. That said, there were some lines I liked, that sort of 'rang my bell' :
garden drops deep as does my guitar. - was a suprising opening line.

the sister of far - also sounded odd enough to work with.
The rest is indeed a bit 'silly' or 'artificial' without a certain logical meaning. May be I will use the instrumental track later and write a different lyric for it, see how that works out.

Dank @Goatrelated::thumb::

These lyrics!!!!!

After hearing your song @oorlab  ... I'm gonna jump in car and drive to the local bar to pick up my avatar!

Nice job! You did something pretty cool with these lyrics ... I mean people probably aren't even realizing that this website was generating a silly rap ... but somehow you made into something very creative.

Good show!

I love it @oorlab  ... I'm running out to get my avatar right now!
Cool video!!!

Hi @oorlab

Hahaha
You are stubborn and a perfectionist! Yes, now yes I like your puzze-story, I've heard it seeing the video. Very well.  ::thumb::
Love the drums!

There is a lot of wealth within this music
The style changes I love
That freshness of the song reminds me a lot of the good and authentic times of steely dan
Very good work  ::thumb:: ::thumb:: ::thumb::

Nice music and lovingly-made clip, if such an expression exists.
Most people from Amsterdam dearly love the city and I am no exception to that rule.
We've had the city-you-grew-up-in challenge, didn't we?
Love to see and hear that you occasionally get in the same mood. Very well done!
Kind regards, Gus
