Random ramblings and chords, mostly playing around looking for a certain feel rather than an exact song, but this is what came of it.

Nice riff on the keys!
Couldn't make out most of the lyrics, but since you said they are just random ramblings...  :D

Sure could imagine a full song with this kind of bouncy "feel" you got going!
Will you be developing this any further?

Thanks! Yeah the lyrics are just nonsense so that I can remember the melody. Im hoping to develop it further into a full song, but I have about 14 thirty-second clips that I swore Id also make into full songs

@IsleofSkye

I like the 'feel' of this one, I think it has the potential to be developed into an interesting song :)
Maybe you could start thinking about subtle variations to the instrumental to build it up further as the song progresses.

This is a decent sketch pad to make something out of it. I can't really comment on a sketch that isn't complete as if it were a completed work. I think you are off to a good start and have some good ideas here. The keys are kinda catchy. The vocals are a little flat in places though. Nothing you could not correct with a few retakes I'm guessing.

I am guessing that you might be "getting your feet wet" into this kind of composition/music.........keep at it and something will come of it :)

@IsleofSkye  - delightful short piece. As a part of an album, or a group of songs it could work well. Delightful fun and interesting - these random melodies can serve you well later on.

I'm hearing it as a cool intro. The vocalizations even work in that mode. Then....a sudden build up of instrumentation with some real lyrics and you've got yourself a song going.

Good start.
