Christmas Song

1) When I first come home since years
everything smells so sweet
It?s again christmas time
some memories get concrete
years ago I left with tears
this wonderfull place
never thought I can come back
into my childhood space

Chorus:
White covered dreams
shimmering lights
a peacefull fealing
from deep inside
In this night we all see a light
In this night we don?t have to fight
In this night dreams become true
It?s christmas time the lord is born
hallelulja it?s christmas time

2) Snowflakes falling down from sky
create white snowbound rocks
never forgett this wonderfull view
It?s a place where truth is true
can?t explain how much I missed
it feels like nothing else exist

Chorus:
White covered dreams

Beautiful interplay between two guitars.  Love the chorus line of 'it's Christmas time'.  Some lovely vocal ideas that could be brought out to good effect with a little more attention to panning.

I'd be thinking about  further instrumentation to enhance that feeling of Christmas!

A very good entry!  :)

By the way, still haven't forgotten about producing your song - I'm just incredibly busy at the moment.  :)

Hey Alexander,

Even your Christmas song sounds bittersweet - you have such a great sound going on (although a little variety and spice would work wonders - just a little  ;)

I love it when you get going - Its Christmas time, the lord is born

and I also love your little back vocals , whoops and hoops

Very , very good my friend  ;D

Very lovely Alexander :) the lyrics are captivating, as are your voice...the backing vocals are lovely...like Kafla says...it has a bitter sweet feel to it, as do a lot of your song...they make me feel both happy and sad at the same time :) :( quite an amazing feat really :) :) kudos  :-* CS
