Dictators` Dance

This is a tongue-in-cheek offering from Spirit Level (two Canuks, an Ozzie and various other contributors) the folk/psychedelic collaboration I`ve been having fun with for a few years.
The write came from  the first line followed by finding a library book with pictures of the worst/best opulent excess of the nastiest leaders
from history.
