@Layerson, the new version is tight, clear, and dramatic, but without being overdone. Nice work. :)

No need to list me as co-writer (though thank you for the gesture). Your mention under the lyric is fine.  :)

Hi @Layerson

Your second version better defines what happens, is more direct and has more strength however I think the instrumental introduction is too long, I would like the voice to appear before, but you know, each one is each one.
Apart from everything, you are a very heavy demon! hahaha
I did not know that to live I had to die so many times

Thanks @Mora Amaro La Loba   >:D

Itís common for metal songs to have long instrumental intros and I like that, plus I believe that it sets the riff but it might also have been better to introduce the vocals earlier. Itís a matter of personal taste probably and a gamble on my part. ::e-guitar3::

Great tune and a great production! I'm not a fan of long intros usually but I love how the intro sets this one up. By the time your vocals came in I was hooked on the tune and already had its feeling.

Love the vocals.

I thinks it's great having @DonMar around these days for lyrical critiques.  :)

Thanks @Leonard Scaper  ::headphone::

Thatís the gamble. Knowing I had a great riff that I didnít wanna scramble with my poor metal vocals I decided to put it in there later on and do a longer intro, I got the chills just thinking how on earth I could ďgrowĒ my voice into the song.

Although Iím a big fan of Megadeth and Dave Mustaine (plus Lemmy, Alice Cooper and a few others) and those guys sing that way but that was not what inspired me in the first place. The vocal impression actually came from the movie Slingblade with Billy Bob Thornton.
My throat was taking huge damage by that way of singing and I didnít know if I could repeat it. Forced by the retakes I discovered my voice had adapted and it was easy the second time. Sometimes it pays off to gamble and this time I got lucky.

Iím glad you got hooked by the riff. Iím not planning on making a habit of the long intros  ;)

Hello @Layerson ! ;D. I really liked your vocals on this one. When I struggle with vocals, and sometimes it's even a phrase I can't sing right, I go over and over it. Physically and in my head. Maybe a muscle memory thing? Yes it can be straining, especially singing differently than what you're used to. You sound great!  :pompom:
Do what makes your heart sing :)

That's very kind @Kellyanneg and it isn't that long ago I started to cope with my own voice recorded.  :bonk:

By now I'm used to it and have gotten a bunch off positive comments, so I'm starting to feel some more confidence

Like it a lot.
I think you're on a road that fits your nature (I doubt if this is English, but you'll get the picture).
Further exploring will produce more pleasing sounds. My opinion.....
Kind regards, Gus
