Hi kitchners,

a new year stands in front of the door - I want take the opportunity for doing a statement.

With this collab it all began  ( music related )  to me some month ago.
Once i wrote a poem and sent it for reading to my american friend Jerry.
He grabbed his guitar then and sent me back a small track.
And this  little song is what came out putting it together.

Hope you like it a bit... however i wish you a great 2020 and don't loose hope. Happiness and peace to everyone!! :)

Frozen Pain

You always love your freedom
Your unforced way no rush.
Hard to bear black dispair now
So much worse your hush

Listen to your roots,
See my love, don't feel ashame
Sometimes erupted anger
Melts down the frozen pain
Melts down the frozen pain
Melts down the frozen pain

You take  offense at egomanias
Who morbid adjust the view of the world
Those who take no prisoners
And make your feelings hurt

Chorus

Release the force controlled
And shape the power new
Come down home then
And heal me and you
Heal me and you
Heal me and you
Heal me and you
Heal me and you
Heal me and you
Me and you

@Mo - loving the flanger / chorus effect on the guitar. I can easily imagine subtle drums and bass on this one, topped with backing vocals!
Cheers

Really nice collab @Mo - I really like the guitar sound and playing.

Your vocals and the words work well against that guitar.

It has something real about it with this stripped back sound but I agree with @oorlab it would be good to hear it with drums, bass and backing vocals.

And a Happy New Year to you as well!

cheers

Doing small things with great love. Your signature sums it all up, @Mo .
If you simple keep on doing that, youíll find your very own and unique musical language. Itís there already of course.
But itís a bit like learning to walk.
It takes some doing it to get it to a degree of perfection.

Melts down the frozen pain and heal me and you. Itís like a prayer set to music.

Very special piece of work, Mo!
A fantastic and rewarding 2020 to you and yours!
Kind regards, Gus

Nice collab, @Mo . I love your vocal style and it really works with this guitar track.  Good stuff!!

Hola preciosa @Mo

Your song is a deep poem but without bitterness that becomes a hand outstretched ... And your voice becomes an instrument blowing to the wind.
I like your freedom, I always tell you it , you make a totally different product that does not go unnoticed despite its abstract musicality.

Happy New Year  ::heart:: ::heart:: ::heart:: ::heart:: ::heart:: ::heart:: ::heart::

Thank you for listining and share your thoughts those are always inspiration.

thanks for joining the kitchen too  ::thumb:: ::thumb::

aw, of course my friend @Dutchbeat, it's my pleasure! :)

Hi @oorlab  and @Jurgen,   thank you very much yeah the guitar is great :)  Because the drums or better percussion I tried to add some but it sounded not nice to my ears at some points because the basic track was short and a litllte bit out of timing here and there. And due the fact I just copy and pasted a few messurements  to that full lenght I thought that isn't to ignore in a whole and is just distracting  at least for ears when the small faults pas repeats and repeats. So i decided to drop the drums or bongos i choosed.

@LePlongeur  your thoughts are worthy to me. Thank you very much, Gus.

@Leonard Scaper  @Mora Amaro La Loba  Thank you, that means much to me!

I  : get that musically its weird somehow-  but probably not really to change 8) :D

Not a bit @Mo , a lot!
You make me think, you make me wonder. Your lyrics, your voice, and the guitar, they make me ponder...
I wish you happy moments in the coming year.
