Ukuleles are great, there is such a friendly scene all around the world.  If you get to a ukulele festival you won't regret it; the stars (who are brilliant musicians) are so approachable and happy to talk about their music and their style - imagine bumping into Eric Clapton at Glastonbury!  Meanwhile you can be in a packed pub (on hold now of course) with random groups playing 3 different songs in each room - battle of the bands gone mad!
My personal favourites are Tiamani Gardener & Aldrine Guerrero, both from Hawaii & I met both at various festivals - love them!  Aldrine's youtube lessons on complex strumming techniques really helped me crack that.
You're playing sounds great already - nice singing & good songs too.
You're making me want to post a Uke song :-)
enjoy
