This started with testing the PC for the latest version of the operating system that I will not further mention: I went from 7 to 10 and boy oh boy, lot's of compliancy, compatibility, hardware issues... and I still feel not having rooted out every issue. But at least I was able to wrangle this tune out of the machine:

Login or retrieve
No machine can hold you down
The word is, I believe:
"We are the city,
We can make that sound!"

Login or release
and if trust is so denied
Blind & blunt
The whistle blows
And the pale rider's coming close.

Login your heart, I know
Login to time, that's here & real.

@oorlab Yes, it does sound quite experimental indeed. I see you have been trying to sculpt with arpeggiatiors a lot lately, and quite successfully so. It could be something that the Urban Heroes used to do, but the arpeggiating and chord shifts also remind me a bit of Howard Jones. I've heard later musicians also try them out, so I wouldn't exactly call this 80s inspired style, but I reckon that the roots may lie there.

Very short lyrics. Very much Oorlab.

Very good work. Just wondering if you might want to 'thicken' the sound a bit.

Hola @oorlab

I do not find the link to your song!!!!

The lyrics make me think of virtual life and real life.... Two worlds so distant even being linked, in the virtual everything is possible, in the real we are what we are but... where is your song?
I did not know that to live I had to die so many times

Wow!  This is experimental ...!!!!!!

I did not expect it and I loved it for its boldness and its mixture of sounds (that dark sound that appears and vibrates) and then from about 1'44 ... and then the organ. .. and the FX in the voice ... Many ghosts in the waves, that is. ::thumb:: ::thumb:: ::thumb:: @oorlab
