It does you good to collaborate with others @Leonard Scaper, it takes you in new directions, like adding a harmonics solo for instance . ;-)

Some fine lyrics and good melody @Lane  -  feeding the song machine was a clever move.

Good Job both - you must keep going now you've started to create a full body of work.

You're right about that, @MrBouzouki ....this has been a very good thing for me. Chuckling at song machine......I'm glad for this break from writing.  Working with @Lane has been refreshing as he is an excellent songwriter and I have much to learn about this craft.

There will definitely be more of this Vincent/Gleason collaboration.

Hey, some really nice fretwork there! Very nice groove (yeah, I know that is a dated word but I know of no other  ;D) even without drums, not easy to do, respect! Good vocals and the harmonica is not half bad either : :ok:
A fab collab indeed, not much to fault really, any attempt would just be nitpicking.
4.5 Jambrains out of 5!

I really like that highly North American fragrance that has the song.
You also get an intimacy in the general atmosphere that could make a song of success for the great public.
Although my vision as a music producer is missing a good dose of effects on the voice track
A good product that would be worth mixing again
Congratulations

Hey @Marcus Nalgaber ....thanks for stopping by to give this one a listen.

I definitely appreciate your perspective on my vocals. When you get a chance to hear more of my material you'll see that I do tend to keep my vocals pretty dry. There are actually two different delays along with some reverb in there but over the years I have moved away from obvious vocal effects in a quest for a natural sound.

I do often wonder what I would sound like with a more modern approach to my vocal processing. In my early tracking days I sang through an outboard harmonizer but I began to realize that I was hiding behind that kind of processing. I wonder if you would share some of the things you might do with my vocals.  :)

I'm working on something right now that seems to be calling for a more processed vocal...we'll see where that goes.
