Hey @A Conscious Universe .....very cool tune. Lots very interesting stuff going on. I LOVE how you change gears toward the end.....very eclectic.

Welcome to The Kitchen. Take a look around and see what other folks are up to.

Welcome @A Conscious Universe  - wondering how you found us.. coincidence or did @Dutchbeat  send you one of his famous invitations?
Liking your track - minimal and subtle - and definitely a song. In the intro I had the impression I heard a click track panned all the way to the right. But apart from that I very much enjoyed and could relate to this experimental knd of pop music. May be you like to post the lyrics?

And out of cusiosity - where are you based?

Washington DC, yes I did receive a warm inviation from Dutchbeat about a year ago. No click track...to be honest I am not sure what that is. Thanks for the feedback!

Hi there!
Like the sound of it. And of your voice.
Iíve no headphones at hand, so that could be the reason I would very much appreciate your pasting the lyrics here so I can read while listening.

There are many non native speakers around since this is a fusion kitchen.
And I love music thatís slightly off the MOR and the melodic screaming thatís all the rage.

Hope youíre already writing the next.
Kind regards, Gus

Lyrics

Where the wind blows
comes with the rain
over the mountains
dancing with the pain

We go way down low (repeat)

I may be right
but, I could be wrong
as long as I'm singing
It'll still be my song

We go way down low (repeat)

Outro: Bayan and chants

A nice bit of work @A Conscious Universe .
I don't know why but I think it gallops on a bit. I'd love to hear the lyric lingered over and hence just a tad slower.
That way it would sound more hypnotic and give the listener chance to dwell on the notes for a while.

Solid feedback, thank you! Honestly, I think the song just sounds the way it was captured in that moment. When I play it live, it sounds slightly different each time. Sometimes slower and more hypnotic. I think it really depends on the energy I am feeling when I play it. But, thanks again for listening and for sharing your thoughts.
