The plot:

Officer arrives on the scene to find young folks dancing in the street. Proceeds to "shake down" one of the dancers. Other dancers approach causing the officer to call for back-up, even as the infectious beat ( @Dutchbeat  ) begins to move his own non-dancing feet. Other officers soon arrive and start shaking it down in a different way. Soon all parties are....DANCING!!!
