  nearly forgot the words!

 Slave To The Algorythm
 words & Music: Dakoda Sada

In the chocolate box of your life
Is the top layer already gone
 And did someone pinch
The orange creme from the bottom
 How'd you end up being
 A youtube and patreon prostitute
Beggin the world for a like
Don't forget to ring the bell
 Don't forget to subscribe

Your a slave to the algorythm
 A slave to the algorythm

 Do you think they listen
 To what you have said
Or do they click just to show
 They're not dead
One day when you've farmed enough sheep
They'll send you a shiny play button to keep
Your lifes achievement stuck up on a wall
 Besides the trophy
 You won at softball
Don't forget to ring the bell
 Don't forget to subscribe

Your a slave to the algorythm
 A slave to the algorythm
Your a slave to the algorythm

 All the chocolates look different
 But they taste the same
You play the game for fortune and fame
Do we all end up just slaves to the algorythm
Your a slave to the algorythm
Don't forget to ring the bell
 Don't forget to subscribe

Your a slave to the algorythm
  A slave to the algorythm
I prefer poisoner to fish chef...

Not typical of what I listen to, but this has a great groove and is really well put together. The vocals are very catchy and the synth work is spot on. No crits here. I enjoyed the listen. :)

Love the 80's vibes!!! hot beat, sweet synth shredding. Title of the song grabbed my attention right away. Lyrics are also very relatable lol. As musicians in this day and age of no live gigs and technology, I definitely feel like the algorithm decides my fate as a musician. Overall, nice work man!

late 80s indeed. It reminds me of Italo-disco, but I think I already told you this before with another track. Well done this. The synth works well already, but what you might still want to do is add an extra layer of diversity in the 2nd part, possibly just to see how that works.

Slave to the algorhythm. What a find!
I bought very little disco oriented music at the time. The first of the village people (22minutes of thumping bass drum) is still in the house.I was more into dream pop at the time and started to listen to disco lately.

This fits the speakers quite well!
Lovely!
Kind regards, Gus

Cool! @Dakoda strong hit in the making. Brilliant lyrics and strong melody, proper beat and crystal clear synths. Only tip I could offer is to try out a mix (possibly only for your self, and one other pair of ears) with a vocal without the effects. I think it could possibly enhance the human factor.
