Here is a song I always wanted to do, some trad. folk blended with a wave of rock and shanty feel.

With the help of Daves guitar and bass.

We  hope you like it.

Any comments welcome

Wow, beautiful powerful folk-rock, @Chris Spruit . And so is your whole album Blue Attitude. Great production and flawless guitarwork by Dave. Do I envie you? Yes!
If you dig it, do it. If you dig it a lot, do it twice (Jim Croce).

Lovely walzy song.
3/4 and 6/8 are underrated if you ask me and the two of you redress that balance in a beautiful way.
I have the feeling that there's much more where this came from...

And you're progressing in a breathtaking way.
Here's another western neighbor in awe.
Delicate and powerful.
Wow Chris....!!!
Kind regards, Gus

@Charlie so kind of you, thank you and to give our Album a spin. That means so much to me. Dave tought me so much, he is a great guitarplayer and such a kind person.

@LePlongeur Thank you very much.

You sound fantastic in this one @Chris Spruit . I love the vocal treatment.

So few listeners and people who post to a truly breathtaking song?
I find that a bit difficult to believe.
Maybe all this Staying Alive (thank you all of the Gibbs) is taking its toll.
Bumperdebump, no matter what the reason may be.

Keep the faith, @Chris Spruit ! Because I do, regardless.
Kind regards, Gus

This is a fine blending of genres @Chris Spruit  lovely intro with those subtle cymbals and a singalong chorus that almost takes me back to folk club days... until Dave`s searing guitar kicks in.
This is my kind of crossover music; one of the best BluAttitude songs I think ( and they`re all very good).

Hola @Chris Spruit

I love the song although it has made me melancholic ... I really likes its atmosphere, the piano and the arrgangement so balanced, and the double voices I love this chorus!!!! The guitar fits also very well within the sound panorama of the track.
Congratulations, a very good job, as always.  ::heart::
