THE PAINTING
on: June 24, 2020, 14:25:42
« Last Edit: July 01, 2020, 14:03:23 by Mora Amaro La Loba »
What are dreams? Well, while I look for the explanation, I work with them, I dream them, I remember them when I woke up and I describe them in many songs ... A way of discovering what, without being visible, I am
This song is strange, not because of its lyrics but because of the cadence and melody ... Maybe I am starting to melt ...
The arrangement is a fusion of atmospheres and rhythm where the guitar works so fine and special...

I dreamed
I dreamed
you were calling me
I was looking for you
through the hallways
of a painting
holding on the wall
of a living room

I dreamed
I found the shadow
of your steps
in front of
a closed door

And when I opened it
your picture was
on a lost corner
of a street with no houses

I dreamed
I dreamed
we were two,
three,
thousand,

A crowd that hugged and kissed
under a rain
taht did not fall

How tremendous is love
among so many you and me
I did not know that to live I had to die so many times

This song does have a cadence and a melody that forces the listener.......to listen. I like that.

Nice guitar work from Marcus.

Yes....dreams. The real trick is to learn to wake up in them.  ;)

Well, I think that everything is a dream with different dimensions, an other side of the same, as the truth.
@Muchas gracias, take care!!

Hi @LePlongeur
J'espère que tout va bien!! Thank you, when I did the song I really felt me melting... It was not a problem to find one style, I was that. Bon, sans blagues, merci bien. Take care.

@Mora Amaro La Loba   O0

I start listening to your music and you always take me to special places
Soft sensations
Whispers and glances
Hands on the marble tables
Curtains that only let in a little light
Fragrances full of memories
That only now can they come true

Congratulations  ::thumb:: ::thumb:: ::thumb::

I'm  a friend of this  different cadence and melody of yours and the play of @Marcus Nalgaber .
@Mora Amaro La Loba  its soo amazaing how you are able to unit the visuals with the melody with the content of your songs. It seems  like fantasy but its real. Congrats!

For me the interplay between bass and beat is specially catchy in this song - very much liked, thumbs up!

You are right @oorlab I like too that interplay, you know sometimes it's difficult to find a rhythm that catches you in its cadence making it easy to create the melody that suits the moment of that moment...
