A slightly tongue in cheek ditty, not so much "about" Brexit, but more about the impasse in the parliament, caused by the majority of the  voters wanting to leave the E.U but a majority of the people they voted for  wanting to stay....
Dakoda.

ďTime For The GunpowderĒ
words and music by: Dakoda Sada
vocals: Dakoda Sada

the news from the BBC
today in the UK
elected MPís decided to completely ignore
the vote of the people
democracy was forcibly restrained
after being wrestled to the ground
by the speaker of the house
later in hospital democracy cried
she was leaving and never coming back

she ainít never coming back
canít trust the news these days
they said she had a heart attack

when you canít shout any louder
then itís time for the gunpowder
when you canít shout any louder
then itís time for the gunpowder
violence, violenceÖ.

Put on your Sunday best
violence is all thatís left
the speaker of the parliament said today
that, as he is
the most important man in the country
he was perfectly entitled to
make it up as he went along
and that while impartiality
used to be a job requirement
his role had sinceÖ evolved

the leader of the opposition said today
he had received a letter from a
whistleblower at the BBC and although
they had , had three years to scare
the pants off the public
they needed more time

Put on your Sunday best
violence is all thatís left
when you canít shout any louder
then itís time for the gunpowder
when you canít shout any louder
then itís time for the gunpowder
violence, violenceÖ.
I prefer poisoner to fish chef...

@Dakoda

what a well crafted song, really like the intro to verses
over here we have "crap going on, so I think we need this
music, its important expression for many.
I don`t know about the gunpowder, but the music?  good work.
[just my thought]     Lane

Good to hear from you again @Dakoda . This one definitely has a lot of your signature production goodness along with a strong message that is ripped right from the headlines.
"The main thing is to have a gutsy approach....but use your head." Julia Child

"In a world of robotic conformity, the only originality left in music is the imperfections" Eric Craptone

"Special thanks to Steve Gleason for making me who I am today." Leonard Scaper
