Shock mount for Rode NT1-A
on: July 08, 2018, 14:57:23
Hey guys,

I've been moving my music gear from my parents to our own house nowadays.
Silly me left the mics set-up for all that time.
My mics themselves are quite sturdy, but of course the shock mount rubber didn't survive the long wait.
Can I buy these rubbers separately? Or do I need another shock mount? If so: which ones will do? I don't find a suitable one right away.
(Although that might be my ignorance speaking ;-) )

Elastic bands for shock mounts can be bought separately. I would take the thing with me to ensure that I’d buy the right size.
But if you are hard up for a short term solution, use eleastic bands for your pony tails.
Sorry, no gender disrespect intended. No other disrespect too.

Let’s be creative, OK?
Good luck to you and your shock mount.
Kind regards, Gus
