no seriously, it seems...that ultra low sound is being used, as a weapon, for instance....
by riot police... rumour has it..in HongKong at this moment

https://www.scmp.com/news/hong-kong/society/article/3038133/hong-kong-protests-police-use-controversial-anti-riot-sound

but...how does that work.... herz and wavewise....and how low  ???...is ultra low in this?
@budhabuilding @anyone?

I don't know about the weapon in the article, but I do know that there have been experiments to develop other sorts of infrasonic weaponry. The premise is built on the dynamics of critical resonance and coincidence. Every object has a critical frequency at which it resonates. The human eye, for instance, resonates at around 19 Hz.

If one was to aim a 19 Hz focused sound wave at a human eye and increase the amplitude of that sound wave exponentially it could cause that eye to....well...explode. This is basically what is happening when an opera singer shatters a wine glass. She is overloading the critical resonant frequency of the glass.

The brain resonates at 10 Hz during quiet times. Perhaps that Chinese weapon was emitting a 10 Hz sound that was buried under the more audible sound that the article spoke of and causing folks problems that way.
